Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@talyajewelries.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return-related questions at support@talyajewelries.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and offer a full refund or replacement to resolve the problem.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item once the return is approved, and then place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
